George & Rosetta's TRavels
Monday, January 7, 2019
We started out on our trip on the 3rd of January. It started to rain just before we got to South Carolina. It rained all the way to Augusta Georgia. Travel was fine it even let up a little for George to get set up. Our campground was Heritage RV Park. Avery nice campground low key. The next morning it was raining which we new from the news the night before. Heavy rain took us into Atlanta Georgia. Why would anyone want to live near this place is beyond me. the traffic was bad on both 285 and 20. Three lanes of traffic leads into one and of course you have those people who drive all the way to the end to merge. Thank goodness for the CB. WE were entertained by the truckers talking about everybody. They even told the truckers which lane to get into and they would let them in. So George being George we got into the left lane and road with the big boys. They did not know we had a CB and was wondering if we would let them in. They had four lanes blocked so when they got at the end George hung back and let them in. Good driving. We made it to Pelham Alabama and found sunshine. Our next stop was Clinton Mississippi. We are in Tyler Texas now and this is our rest day.
Now as to traveling with our babies. The male Dakota being a male will pee anywhere but the girl Brandy will take it to the grave. She will hold it till the tears come out. But before we get to California she will learn.
